I wanted someone who communicated well and trust worthy to take care of our home. Mike promised that he would do his best to take care of our home and he really nailed the price point of our property listing. I gave him 4 stars based on personal accountability, trades people recommendations and his reassurance to trust the process when I asked about a reduction. It would have been a smoother beginning had we been working with Mike on the initial walkthrough, before going live. Listing during the holidays has pros and cons, everyone has holiday plans and it’s no different for our realtor and us. There was a bit of a lag and we had already moved out of state.
