I was visiting from out of town. My road bike pump broke. When I inquired about help with adding air to my tires; this shop couldn't have been more helpful. They lent me a pump And then asked if I needed water or anything else. I will definitely go back to this shop in the future should I need anything for road cycling.

Absolutely the best! Had a random flat on a ride and stumbled upon this family-owned shop. Bill and Melissa were extremely helpful and thoughtful, even aligned one of our wheels when they noticed it was a bit off. Very personable and trustworthy. Will be my new go-to bike shop!

What a gem of a shop! Called in looking to replace the shifter cable on my mountain bike. They replaced my shifter cable, adjusted my derailleur, and adjusted the suspension for me in 20 minutes. All this for an extremely fair price. Other shops were quoting me at least 3 days to get this service done! I will 100% be back.

What a great experience, Brian in service was able to trouble shoot a software issue with a shimano Di2 system and get me back in the saddle. I Appreciated his effort in solving the problem and not giving up.

Walked in today. Just looking to get into bicycling, the sales rep. was understanding and educational. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed. So many businesses will try and push you into something just to make a sale. The rep here truly seemed interested in helping us find the right fit, not just making a quick sale. Refreshing experience, would recommend to family and friends.

Service and attitudes were horrible. Too bad because I've bought bikes here before and had previously thought was a good place. Can live with nothing being done after waiting 2 weeks (they said 3-5 days), can even deal with no phone call to update....but the complete indifference and arrogant attitude when I stopped by to find out what was happening, YIKES.

This place used to be great and have wonderful customer service but this last time I went to them, they shut me down and didn’t want to help with a minor bike issue. Not sure what is going on and maybe they were having a bad day, but their customer service was off putting .
