Jason came out to look at some leaking indoor shut off valves for our outdoor spigots as well as replacing the shut off valves on our washing machine. He was extremely personable and more than happy to explain everything he was doing. He even took a look at our toilet shut off valves and kitchen faucet for no additional charge, reassuring me none of those items needed repairs or replacement. He also gave me some pointers on things I can repair myself. Zero attempts to upsell me on anything (unlike most of the other companies). Jason is a true professional and genuinely enjoys his work and keeping his customers happy. He had me text him some photos of the valves I called about and sent me a FREE estimate without coming out to our house. His pricing is about half of what Bonfe charges, who we’ve used previously. Jason and Miles were great and very personable. We had a pipe burst in our basement and they were able to get here in within the hour to fix it. They were fast, efficient, and even checked the outside spigots and upstairs lines for completeness. I will definitely have them come back in the spring to replace the outdoor spigot. Less

We had a new refrigerator delivered and discovered a water pipe leak in the process. We had used Jason’s services before, so I called him and he was quick to come out. He was thorough, informative, and fixed the issue. After that, Lowe’s “installation” employees came out to finish their job - or so I thought. They were unprepared and incapable of doing what they said they’d do (a basic installation). When Jason fixed our leak issue, he said “If you have any problems, or if the installation guys have issues, you call me!” So I did .. he tried walking through the installation steps with the Lowe’s guys on the phone .. they had no idea what they were doing. Out of the kindness of his heart, Jason came out the next day - and even made a stop to get a part that I might need. He completed what was NOT his job. I cannot recommend him enough.
