He was extremely personable and more than happy to explain everything he was doing. He even took a look at our toilet shut off valves and kitchen faucet for no additional charge, reassuring me none of those items needed repairs or replacement. He also gave me some pointers on things I can repair myself. Zero attempts to upsell me on anything (unlike most of the other companies). Jason is a true professional and genuinely enjoys his work and keeping his customers happy. He had me text him some photos of the valves I called about and sent me a FREE estimate without coming out to our house. His pricing is about half of what Bonfe charges, who we’ve used previously.
