Having visited this establishment approximately five times, I am considering leaving a review. While the staff has generally been friendly, and the place is mostly clean, the execution of the requested hairstyles has been inconsistent. On my most recent visit, the style appeared as though it was done by someone inexperienced. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was questioned about my hair. Given the prices, which are not inexpensive, it is disappointing to leave looking as though someone was experimenting. In the past, my parts were not straight. Furthermore, a hairstyle I received previously began to come out within two days, and this last style was particularly poor. Although the bill was reduced from $180 to $160, this does not seem adequate. It would be preferable to be told a style cannot be done rather than taking a client's money without delivering the desired result. I have also read reviews indicating that requests for specific hair lengths are often misinterpreted, with stylists assuming a preference for long hair. It seems that the stylists do not always listen to the client's requests and instead proceed with their own preferences. Update to your review explain to me why would I want the same person to fix my hair who couldn't master the task the first time my time is valuable just like your staff I had another event to attend please dont make it out like you tried to accommodate me in any way. See had I act a fool and refuse to pay i would be wrong but I choose not to be that way and you and I both know my hair look a hot mess. This should have been no charge instead you trying to convince me that this what I ask for the next time I want someone to practice on my hair I would go to a person. That's in training not a so called professional business. Not even 5 days later twist unraveling dur to poor service

Jose and her braiders never disappoint me. I always leave very satisfied with the style of my choice. Very nice, always considerate of your time, and puts her clients first. I drive an hour away for each appointment and it’s always well worth it.

I left very satisfied with what I asked for vs what I got, but I did have to keep periodically checking to see if my hair was being done the way I wanted because stylists usually deviate from any reference photos or videos shown. The staff was very polite and the shop was relatively clean, but always speak up for yourself so that you get your money's worth.Jose's is worth a try, but she does not handle criticism well and is easily stressed and distracted because she handles all customer inquiries and sometimes her baby. Altogether, it was worth it for me. I wish I knew my stylist's name because she did a great job.

My waist length, extra small knotless braids are literally perfect! Jose is so sweet and so is her team. I was there at 8:30am and finished around noon. This was my first time but not my last!

Well they did good but overall they kinda burned you at first when getting braids but they braided very tight on the bottom row but the braids are very cutesy and demure so yes they did overall good.
