Josh was friendly and respectful. He arrived on time and gave me options regarding the plumbing jobs that needed to be done. He was thorough in checking the rest of the house for leaks and worked within our budget. The finishing job was clean and tidy and Josh was a genuinely nice guy (and good plumber 😆). He delivered a professional service and Woolf plumbing offers a 25 year guarantee on their workmanship, so I’m pretty happy that they did the job right the first time - if not, I know who to call. 😆

I had a great experience with Woolf from start to finish. Henry was very kind and competent. He gave good advice and was not eager to push products. He was efficient and neat. Thank you very much Woolf for such a good and seamless experience.

Had some moisture in our main bedroom carpet where there was leak from the internal air wall. Emailed Woolf plumbing the night before and got a call from them at 8.30am following morning. Brodie showed up we both checked out what was wrong he explained everything before any works commenced. No hidden cost everything was communicated I’m really happy he was able to fix leak. Thanks Brodie and Woolfplumbing will use them for future works.

After a burst water pipe leading to our ensuite our insurance company had Woolf plumbing attend as an emergency and after hours (1am) call out. Josh came out , he was friendly and polite at that time of the night and most importantly he found the issue quickly, advised how to fix it without hesitation and then quoted us the job . His certainty and professionalism gave us peace of mind. The quote was emailed through and we accepted over the weekend. I was called promptly by the office Monday morning to book in the job and it was completed the next day !!! Super fast .. Super easy and everyone was great to deal with . Thanks heaps Josh for your fantastic service. I would recommend Woolf plumbing and not hesitate to use them in future

We recently had an extensive plumbing issue which became very stressful. I am so glad we engaged Woolf Plumbing & Gas to help us over several days as everything was rectified. Henry was absolutely wonderful. He thoroughly explained everything and walked us through our options very well. His work was efficient and high quality. I’d also like to mention the reception staff, who were friendly and helpful every time we spoke to them. We will definitely be using Woolf for future plumbing requirements.
