Had this company work on our dad’s house and they did a phenomenal job. Jack and Richard kept my brother, Scott informed of everything throughout the whole process. Could not have asked for a better group of people to do the work on our 85 year old dad’s house. Extremely courteous and respectful of everything we and our dad needed. We have used Critical Building Solutions for several projects in and at our house, and they are our GO TO for anything else we'll need! They respond in a timely manner to initial inquiries, they came out to see the project and talk through it shortly after, and the quotes they provide are reasonable and explained well. I know that they know what they're doing and am always fully confident it will be done right the first time. Their team gets the work done at a great pace and they do a wonderful job of prepping beforehand and cleaning up afterward. They truly see the vision of what needs to be done, but they aren't willing to compromise on safety or standards which I really appreciate. If something isn't going to work the way I planned it to, they can problem-solve and come up with a way that was better than I could have imagined! This is a great company with great people and I will continue to use them for any renovations and/or repairs that may arise.
