If you are in the area and need a roof inspection, Richard and his team are awesome! I am so thrilled with my new roof! Richard completed the initial inspection, met my adjuster the day of the inspection and worked with my insurance company to pay for the roof. 🥳 Richard even rescued and reunited a sweet puppy with her owner while working on this project. 5 stars all the way! 🌟

Insurance initially denied the claim for damage to our roof, but Richard informed me of a service I was not even aware of to appeal the decision. The decision was overturned quickly and our roof is now replaced thanks to Richard's diligence and knowledge. The workmanship is also top notch!

Critical Building Solutions encapsulated our crawl space basement and put in a drain system with a sump pump. They also set up a dehumidifier to dry out our damp basement. The mold that was there is now gone and the yucky basement is now nice and dry. Richard’s crew stayed on schedule arriving on time in the morning. Did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves taking away all trash and material with them. I would recommend Critical Building Solutions for your home or business project needs.
