Service was excellent from start to finish. The agent I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and responsive, and the technician was a class act. He was professional, clearly had many years of experience, and knew exactly what he was talking about.He assessed my situation, gave me a straightforward and truthful rundown of what the actual problem was, and clearly explained my options. The folks at Enlight Electric are incredible! From our initial contact with Ashley to the completed job, they answered all our questions thoroughly. They gave us some options based on their experience but were only concerned with doing exactly what we wanted. Alan was the engineer who came to our house. He was more like an old friend than a stranger. Alan was extremely professional and neat in everything he did. He even had a small vacuum to clean up the scraps of paper when he finished. We would give them a ten star review if it was possible!

Alan is a very knowledgeable electrician. He has taken on the challenge of fixing wiring I'm my 1950's house. There was a lot of quirky wiring done in the past that Alan had to figure out how to correct. Alan does quality work and is excellent at communicating with me throughout the process. He has corrected wiring, installed light inside and out, installed bathroom exhaust fans and wired smoke detectors. He's offered great suggestions on types fixtures to install.
