Chad is seriously the best! We were referred to him by our real estate agent when we bought our first home back in 2017. He then helped us refinance that home twice during covid to lock in the best interest rate. When we moved to a different city in 2023 we didn't know where we were going to live, but we DID know who our mortgage guy would be. Chad got us the best rate at the time, and has now helped us refinance to lock in a better rate. He works fast and was great to work around my crazy schedule. He follows up, but not in an annoying way like calling incessantly trying to get more business out of us. 15/10 would recommend again!
