I found Dan to be energetic, responsive, friendly, enthusiastic, detailed oriented, and competent. He quickly returned phone calls; kept us apprised of all events relating to the sale, sent us a to-do list, and answered all questions. If he didn't know the answer, he investigated, and returned to us with an answer. One instant of note: we had to have the contract rewritten because he wanted to make sure the contract reflected the current status of the house's foundation, against the recommendation of others who thought a specific line in the contract could be ignored. I would certainly recommend him to other buyers.
