I would like to take a moment to thank Fab Build Pro for going the extra mile to ensure that all bases were covered regarding the replacement of my roof. It can be very intimidating going back and forth with Insurance companies, however Fab Build Pro stepped in and made it seamless requiring very little from me as the customer. In addition, they also have financing for any additional cost not covered through insurance. Fabio Build Pro company has the best customer service and that is not easy to find in the construction business today. I dealt directly with the owner Fabio. He responded quickly, was on time for the appointment and did the work when he said he would. Great customer service looked at the job and completed the work on just one day. Would use this company again and will recommend them to anyone who wants a good honest company to deal with that communicates every step of the way.

As soon as Fabio and I discussed his proposal, I knew that I won’t have any problems with them. I had to go through a lengthy approval process with my HOA Board, during which time FBP was patient and helped me with all technical assistance to get my approval. Once that approval came and I notified them, the work was completed in the next few days. Just excellent!
