My experience with this car rental company was disappointing. The rental price was quite expensive, yet the tyres were badly worn and appeared unsafe. On top of that, there seemed to be additional charges for almost everything, which made the whole experience frustrating.The deposit was also quite high at RM500. When I arrived yesterday, a staff member immediately came to inspect the car before I even had the chance to get out of the vehicle. The way the staff approached me felt rather rude and gave me the impression that they did not trust their customers.I understand that checking the vehicle and collecting a deposit are part of the rental process, but I believe customers should be treated with respect and courtesy. For the price charged, I expected a better-maintained vehicle and much better customer service.Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience. I hope the management will improve the condition of their vehicles and the way they treat their customers.
