I wish I could write a review that adequately reflects how phenomenal Kristi is, but anything I can come up with will not compare. We started the process of finding our home with Kristi end of September 2024, and her goal was to have us under contract by Election Day. Kristi was HUSTLING. Any time we found a house we liked she was finding 2-3 more similar houses in the area and would get us in to see them all in a few hours. After our first offer was declined Kristi was so supportive and helped calm us down and truly acted as our emotional support realtor 💚 Around 8 o’clock that same night we ended up finding our DREAM house. In true Kristi fashion she got us in to see the house less than 12 hours later. She is a wealth of knowledge and helped us prepare our best offer. Our offer was accepted and we were under contract on Election Day. Could not recommend Kristi more! 💚

Kristy Vernon went above and beyond during the entire selling process. My house sold the first day it was listed. I believe my home sold so quickly because she guided me through every detail... staging, paint color, pricing etc. I will use her again when I purchase my next home.
