We are moving from Texas, so their information videos helped us a lot when considering moving to the Sacremento area, and then we ultimately chose them as a realtor because of their knowledge of the area and how engaged they are. Lance and Lauren went above and beyond helping us find a home. Since we didn’t currently live in the area they went out of their way to do very detailed videos including the drive to the house and every nook and cranny of the houses. They did this with at least 4-5 houses which take time and effort. We finally found a gorgeous home in Elk Grove thanks to their hard work! They also make awesome YT videos on the Sac area so go follow them!

We then had a zoom call and I knew I had found my realtors. They were with me every step of the way.....through viewing many neighborhoods, resale homes and finally deciding on my forever community and building my dream home. Before ground was broke for my new home, I broke my heel and was immobilized for 12 weeks......2,000 miles away. They sent me pictures, drone videos and attended meetings for me regarding the progress on my home. Lance and Lauren (L&L) are not only Simply Sacramento but they are Simply the Best!! We could not have asked for better, more knowledgeable, kinder and more patient realtors. We asked them SO many questions which they promptly answered!
