They were able to make a next day appointment when my garbage disposal decided to quit on us. When one of their guys didn't show up on time, they owned up to it and fixed the problem. I'm kicking myself for not remembering his name, but the plumber who came out was respectful and quick. Highly recommend and we will be repeat customers for next time!

I cannot thank Las Cruces Plumbing & Gas, their patient office staff, and hard-working people enough! Moved to LC from out of state recently, and the water bill seemed way off, so I called and they dispatched people quickly. While it took a bit to find the leak (it was several feet underground), once it was located, the guys worked tirelessly and professionally to fix it, and they fixed it right the first time! Saved my sanity, and saved me a lot of money. Thank you SO MUCH! Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome!! I had AC issues yesterday and called the main office and spoke to Matt. He was thorough and very helpful. Matt was able to send a person out within a couple of hours. Gilbert arrived and was professional and told us exactly what we needed to do to get back up and running. We had to wait a day for the AC to thaw out. This morning the company sent Ricky out to take a look. I feel like he went above and beyond with fixing the unit, providing education for the future, and the price was fair. You also get a text with a picture of who will be coming out and their ETA. Some even have tracking so you know how close they are! Will definitely be using them again!

I’ve conducted a lot of business with Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas through one of the largest Property Management companies in town. Jeff along with his crew have always been efficient. I have recommended them to friends ( I don’t have family in town, otherwise I’d recommend them to family). We continued to do business for years, they earned it from their prices to their work ethics. My husband and I always contact them. We’ve had a water heater installed at our rental home. We’ve had a refrigerated air unit installed at our house. They’ve repaired a busted pipe on the side of or house. We’ve also had them out for a clog that we couldn’t undo. Their prices are fantastic! I will continue to do business with Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas.

I have been their loyal customer for a whole year now. I bought a house and it’s needed some TLC. They have done the following for me with service so fast that I feel spoiled: 1. Water pressure regulator valve 2. Swamp cooler drama (summer 2019) 3. Replaced said swamp cooler. 4. Fixed toilets that ghost flush 5. Fixed wobbly toilets. 6. Switched out my washing machine when my Father-in-law almost broke the water supply. 7. Water heater replacement 8. Conversion to refrigerated air last week. 9. Fixed the toilet today that my husband broke over the weekend. 10.....almost forgot they did an entire plumbing inspection for me at the end of last summer too. I’m sure I’m forgetting other services. I really cannot go to another company. I’ve met so many service technicians and they are all so fantastic and I also have to shout out to Celeste and LaDonna who both deserve tropical vacations and cash bonuses. Wonderful Company!
