This is honest review! Travelled from Birmingham. Previously used different company botched job with 5sessions. But Alex managed to correct it. Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Takes pride in his work to every single detail. Alex is very friendly and very professional, makes u feel like being in ur own house, felt like ive known him for years. Time flies at the treatment. I had my scalp micropigmentation done across three sessions with Mr Don, and I’m genuinely very pleased with the results.For the first two sessions, I requested a full head shave to maximise the results. Although it was slightly painful in some areas due to my previous hair transplant and FUE scarring, Mr Don was extremely professional and did a fantastic job blending the scars. The SMP has created a great illusion and made my hair look noticeably fuller.Both sessions were a week apart, with the second focusing more on filling in the scarred areas. After growing my hair out for a month, I returned for the third session, where I requested just the back and sides to be shaved. We touched up certain areas and added a little more darkness where needed, and it now blends perfectly with my hair.The whole process took around 15 hours across three sessions. Mr Don was brilliant throughout — constantly communicating, making sure I was happy, and even allowing breaks when needed. Those little touches made a big difference.Very professional service, excellent attention to detail and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend Mr Don!
