We hired Thelen Estates, LLC. to perform a roof replacement on our home at Williamstown Lake, including a portion of low-slope roof that required the old rubber roof to be replaced with rolled cap sheet roofing. Nick was very responsive with pricing and communication. Pricing was competitive with other contractors and they were able to schedule our project very promptly - within a few days of pricing approval. All of the work performed was of good quality and they performed the tear-off and replacement in one (1) day. There was little to no debris remaining, which can sometimes be an issue with roofers that do not have the appropriate attention to detail on clean-up. We are very happy with our experience with Thelen Estates, LLC.!
