Allen and his team were awesome! He helped us sell our old home and buy our new home. Very knowledgeable and helpful through both events so we didn't end up with two homes, or no home at all through our transition. Allen is the real deal; he says it like it is and does what he says he will do. He is very active in getting your property marketed to get the most amount of money from your sale as well as finding off market homes to buy which were the best deals. I do not believe you can find anyone better.

Allen was wonderful to work with. He had a great knowledge of the market in our area and kept up with changing market conditions to get us an offer higher than we ever thought possible. He is very friendly and easy to work with and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Allen and his team are amazing. He has sold two houses for my wife and me (and refinanced us) as well over the last 6 years. He is friendly, genuine, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. And fun!!
