They clearly understood how much I care about my vehicle and handled it with great attention and care throughout the process.The car even smelled new again when I picked it up and was incredibly shiny with the great products that he uses. The ceramic coating made the car super slippery to the touch. PPF is invisible - he definitely took the time to disassemble the parts carefully and made sure the seams are invisible.I had a lot of bad experiences in the past with PPF resulting in swirls, trapped dust, poor film quality. Henry knew this and made sure to do a flawless job. He definitely lived up to all the past 5-star reviews.Henry also took into account that I don’t drive my car in the rain and arranged for me to pick it up on a sunny day so the coating could cure properly. I really appreciated the professionalism, communication, and thoughtfulness—highly recommend Rinse Lab.

What can I say… WOW!!!! Henry and the team are outstanding. This is my second vehicle done this year from them. My 2024 GR Supra was done in May with perfection and I just got my GR Corolla back from a front end PPF today and not only is the quality of work a 10/10, but they went out of there way to arrange a rental and to top it all off they dropped my car off at Toyota for a service for me since I live in Abbotsford. I recently brought my truck in to RinseLab, owned by my good friend Henry, for a paint correction, interior detail, vinyl graphics installation and engine bay cleaning. Being an outdoorsman and in construction, the paint was covered in clear coat scratches from the bush and surface blemishes. By the time RinseLab was done completing their detailed and impressive work, they returned my truck looking better than it did when it was brand new. I’m not joking. The paint was fully restored to its deep black with a mirror like finish. RinseLab is comprised of a team that genuinely cares about the work they do, and this is consistently proven by their results and client satisfaction. So I never met Henry or his team. Im in Alberta and was lining up the work for daughter who is out on the west coast and I wanted to treat her with a car detailing. Based on reviews had chosen them to complete the detailing. After a short conversation, Henry picked up my daughter’s car from the VW dealership and brought it back to his shop. Completed an exterior detailing package and had it ready for my daughter for pick up. My daughter said the car looked brand new and was thrilled!!! Hands down the best detail shop in BC (and elsewhere I’m sure). I’ve done multiple services with Henry and the team beginning in 2020 when they first opened. As someone who switches vehicles semi-frequently. They give honest feedback on what the car needs depending what it is and what my intentions are with it. Throughout my journey of discovering RinseLab and a dozen vehicles later - I had one “paint correction” and “ceramic coating” done by one of the dealerships who included it. Since I didn’t pay, I opted to get it done and it was a 3/10 compared to what Henry is capable of - wouldn’t do it again via dealership even if it’s free. Truly the best in the business. Looking forward to my appointment for paint correction and ceramic coating later this month.
