I was even sent a lawyer’s letter to remove reference to this when I absolutely got a refund. There are several inconsistencies and outright lies in the response to my review (here and on FB review) including saying I cancelled an appointment due to a work meeting when it was in fact an Oncology appointment, which she was fully aware of and responded to in writing. At the time of posting my review, I received several communications trying to scare and shame me into taking my review down. As a customer, I have the right and responsibility to share the facts and fair opinion of my experience with others. Attacking a cancer survivor is absolutely disgraceful behaviour particularly with a business that uses services provided to cancer patients to promote their business.Angela is very good at what she does, unfortunately her poor attitude means I would not recommend. Months to get my full money back via Trading Standards and aggressive communication. She also sent me personal details of other clients 3 months ago and to date has taken no remedial action over this. The support she appears to offer breast cancer patients does not match the poor experience I had with her as a breast cancer patient. Such a shame as she seems to be so talented. Less
