Hunter did an excellent job repairing the pipes on my leaking shower, replacing the whole tub faucet and drain. He also put in a new outside hose bib, on the spur of the moment. I appreciated the great overall communication with the company and I will definitely call them again.

We called Don Mac Plumbing for a water heater problem we were hoping to get resolved right away. Don happened to be nearby and was able to stop and take a look. Luckily it was a quick & simple fix—however, we had Don give us a rough estimate on what a replacement would be if we decided to go that route. The price seemed very reasonable and was well below a quote we had gotten from another business in the valley. We really appreciated how promptly he showed up, his willingness to answer our questions & offer suggestions, and make our situation a priority. We’ll definitely be calling Don Mac Plumbing for any future plumbing needs that arise for our home! Thanks Don!

Davis was our tech. He communicated well with us discussing our situation and explaining what he was doing. He did an excellent job cleaning up our system, including the order of items on the incoming water lines and installing Moen Flo. Don Mac also communicated well with us initially and at the end of the service!
