We called Don Mac Plumbing for a water heater problem we were hoping to get resolved right away. Don happened to be nearby and was able to stop and take a look. Luckily it was a quick & simple fix—however, we had Don give us a rough estimate on what a replacement would be if we decided to go that route. The price seemed very reasonable and was well below a quote we had gotten from another business in the valley. Davis was our tech. He communicated well with us discussing our situation and explaining what he was doing. He did an excellent job cleaning up our system, including the order of items on the incoming water lines and installing Moen Flo. I wanted to come on here and let folks know that Don Mac Plumbing and his workers should achieve an award in excellence !!! , they were all very professional and prompt on both jobs they installed for me on my remodel , first they installed the new sink and disposal , and changed the location of dishwasher in kitchen , and on the second job , the big one , they installed an on demand water heater, water softener & installed my new Dog Grooming Tub for our business , Hunter went above and beyond building and revamping the tub box to my desire of being able to get the back door completely open , which the old tub and box blocked the door , Hunter went out in the front yard and cut the box down and rebuilt it smaller to accommodate my needs , these are definitely the best plumbers I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this business , they explained every step perfectly and talked to me about options before starting the job each time , Truly professional in every way
