Im the owner of CrossFit Audax and I have been with Fitbox for nearly 2 years now and it has been such a seamless process.Using their system to program is very easy and the team did such an amazing job with helping me get everything set up so I didn’t have to go through and work it out.They’ve also been super helpful when I get stuck and they’re very responsive with their emails :)Lastly I think their marketplace and investment plan is the coolest idea! It’s enabled me to fix up all the equipment in my space and keep my cleaning supplies and drinks fridge full to give my members the best experience possible!

My gym Foundations Performance & Rehab signed up with Fitbox in August last year and the service has been honestly amazing! After using a competitors software for 8 years, we were fed up with having issues with payments and bookings but since moving over to Fitbox, we haven't had any issues whatsoever! I was so used to doing 90% of the admin previously but the Fitbox app has taken majority of this load off my hands and I have a lot more time to now spend working on my business elsewhere.Being a small business also based in Brisbane, I couldn't be more happy to support local and the team even made the transition of all of our memberships and client profiles seamless- I barely had to lift a finger! Most importantly, any issues that do arise (which is barely ever!)...the team is on hand and responds extremely quickly to help us address and fix it! Highly recommend to any other gyms out there ready to improve their business!

I've been using the fitbox app for my CrossFit gym now for several years and last year I added a fitbox website, I now have an integrated app & site with a whole host of development tools in the back end. The whole thing is excellent and the customer service is also next level, highly recommend!
