Bob the roofer was very professional and communicated with me throughout the process. My roof has had a tarp on it since July 10th (5 months) because every roofer I called wanted to replace my entire roof. I have experience with roofs because of the work I do in my field. I knew I just needed a repair. I called bob he came out and looked at it and agreed a repair was what I needed. He didn’t try to up sell me either. After bob finished I inspected the roof after he left and he did an amazing job, you can’t even tell that I had a repair. My roof is 6 years old and he found the matching shingle. In addition he resealed all of my pipe jacks to ensure I didn’t have any surprise leaks. If any of my customers in Houston ask me if I know anyone that does roof replacements or repairs I will only recommend Bob. It’s hard to find quality work in the time we are living in and I got lucky!

Express Roofing did piers for a new A/C unit on our commercial roof. The membrane that our roof consists of was difficult to work with. The job they did for us was top quality. It’s been about eight months since the job was done and we have had zero issues with it. We have had several storms, including a hurricane and we have no leaks or other problems. I would recommend them without reservation.

Bobby came out and looked over roof took pictures showed me all the bad spots and I agreed with the lack of maintenance. He replaced and sealed a 21 yr old roof. Saved me at least 5 years. Great work great guy. Recommend will use again.
