Thank goodness for this wonderful company! I ended up with a destroyed tire on 465 and my insurance company contacted Dale’s for roadside assistance- even though the insurance person messed up my location, Dale’s helped figure out where we really were and sent an amazing service person to change our tire. We were stuck in a tough spot on the shoulder with cars zipping by like it was the Indy 500 and he showed up, was very professional and had it changed like it was no big deal. Thank you Dale’s!!! I will absolutely recommend this business to others and use again myself if ever need road side assistance.

We had a flat tire on 65 South in Indy and were able to get to the side. Our insurance sent someone from Dale’s. It was late and raining. He fixed us up and got us on our way. BUT that’s not all!!! My kids were in the car and he made them feel at ease in a stressful situation. He was funny and made them feel safe and like everything would be okay, which it was okay. Thank you!!!

Hit a pothole and had a flat tire. Contacted Dale's through my auto insurance for roadside assistance. A technician arrived within 40 min and efficiently put my spare tire on for me and I was easily on my way to a tire shop to get the flat tire replaced. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment with this company he said he would be here after 11 after his first appointment. I’ve been calling and texting and he will not respond the most unprofessional thing ever all you have to say is you don’t wanna do the job or you’re busy or whatever the reason is but just to ignore the call is very unprofessional. Not sure why this company has a five star rating but is not accurate!!! Very poor response to no response at all! Does not follow through with scheduled appointments or callback the customer to advise he is not coming! Meanwhile, I’ve let 2 other mobile mechanics go waiting on this guy! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! Truly disappointed ! AND A WASTE OF MY TIME!
