I can’t thank Dr. Class and his staff enough for their life changing program. While some would call this a diet, I call it a new way of living. Eating natural foods, enjoying the taste and seeing results I could never see, even on a crash diet. I’m down 27 pounds in the first month and feel like I am getting my life back again. I began the journey a little over 2 months ago. I did a 60 day plan. The plan may seem to be overwhelming in the beginning but if you set yourself up for success it gets easier. Plan your meals the day before and have it ready to go in the morning. If you do this than you will have great success and find out you like eating healthy. It made me realize all the fruit I was missing out on. If you are thinking about this than I would set up a consultation. This is not a diet it really sets you up to learn about healthier way of life. I have gained an hour of sleep a night by loosing the weight. I have gotten rid of my joint pain. I have more energy. I lost 33 lbs and gained back 23 yrs of metabolism. The only downside to this program is you will have to go shopping for new smaller clothes.

This place literally saved my life! I was so unhealthy and never realized it. I started my program 9-3-18 and my metabolic age was 82 I was only 52 at the time. I was wearing sizes 16/18 clothes. This weight loss program was the best gift I could have given myself. I lost 20 pounds the first month, gained some confidence back. Today I’m down about 80 lbs and in a size 6. I no longer take blood pressure medicine. I got my passport because I don’t want to just sit on the sidelines of my life anymore. I will be training for a 5k soon as well. I have loved working with Life Essentials Health Center. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and has been so helpful. I lost 20 pounds but more importantly than that, I was able to reset my body on a cellular level and have had good progress with an ongoing thyroid issue. I have also improved my psoriasis.
