We needed a cartridge replacement in our very old shower after a first DIY attempt didn’t work out and we ran out of time.Pros: very friendly and professional, could come out fast on Saturday evening, take credit cards.Cons: super overpriced for a 15min job. Flat $300 nights and weekends fee.We were in a bind with a cranky toddler who needed to go to sleep and a broken shower accessed through the toddler’s bedroom. We had to either fix the shower or keep the whole house water off until we could attempt another repair the next day. I’m very grateful we could get the water back on but we paid a premium for it.Would not have left this review except they’ve sent me texts every day pestering me for one.
