He fixed the problem with the thoroughness of a pre-booked appointment, leaving us with nothing to follow up on. 100% would recommend and will be calling him for anything I need in the future.

My kitchen sink suddenly stopped working... it stopped dispensing water and then I did some things and it wouldn't stop. Thankfully I found I found a sticker under the sink that led me to Rolando who saved the day or my night rather! I called the number and he very promptly and professionally answered my after hours call. While I was distressed he calmly walked me through some options. I opted to wait until the next day, even though he was willing to support me after hours, because as a rented I didn't want to proceed without first checking in with my property management group that, unfortunately, wasn't as responsive as Rolando. Anyway, over the phone he helped me to turn off my water supply for the night and rest assured that the following morning it could be fixed. The next day he showed up and worked his magic. He even helped me make sense of all the knobs under my sink should an issue like this reoccur, but due to his professionalism, I doubt it will. Gracias!
