This is what I wrote to the appraiser.No we are cancelling the appointment completely due to waiting for 45 min and no one responding.After 3 text messages with Jose and no response and a voicemail and no response.I had to call the main office which also went to voicemail twice before I had to keep calling and someone answered. Then I told them possible 630am appointment. Then I thought.If your company can't show up for the appraisal, no show interest in the job why should I hire you.Then I called back and cancelled all business. We will find another company.I apologize

The estimator, Jorge, explained the options. It was possible to repair or replace the warped vinyl siding on one side of our house. Repair would be the quicker and cheaper option.The defect was very noticeable and the siding was pulling away from the wall. We had several estimates and Alside Roofing was 1/3 of the others. Alside was the only one who would provide the cheaper alternative of pulling the existing siding and rehanging it. The 2 men worked for 6 hours in the hot sun and did a great job. It’s not perfect but it saved us thousands of $$ and is greatly improved. One man was stung by a bee near his eye but did not complain, just kept working.
