The bouquet was nice with the bunny soft toy. However the delivery guy wanted to leave outside at the gate which the bouquet was almost squashed when we opened the gate. The wrapping of the bouquet was a little wobbly after the squash. Otherwise it would have been a perfect bouquet with the lilies and pink roses.

Initially, we had received flowers that slightly differed from the image on their website in terms of the colour palette.However, Windflower Florist's customer service was excellent and prompt in rectifying the issue. We did a 1-for-1 exchange of the bouquet, and we are very satisfied with the new bouquet 🙏 It's beautifully made and we really appreciate their staff for listening to our feedback and facilitating the changes made.

I have been ordering windflower florist for a couple of years because I really love their bouquet designs!Their flowers are fresh and look very similar to the photos on their website! It’s great that they have free + same day delivery. They even have options to order flowers in vase, not many florists do that. When I mentioned to them that I needed my vase to be stable as I’ll be transporting it to the person I want to gift it to, they put the vase in a cardboard box and put the entire thing in a paper bag, making it very easy to carry around!! It is very thoughtful of them.Oh and I also ordered my wedding bouquet and flower girl baskets from them!Will definitely continue to support and recommend them 🥰

I order flowers here for my wife at least 3 times in a year. Min. 3 times, if 4 or 5 times means i did something wrong.. Jokes aside, windflower florist flowers are really beautiful my wife love it! Pricing wise honestly they are not on the expensive side. I also love their membership where you get blooms when you buy flowers for next time discount. Highly recommend to buy from them.

I loved the flowers, they were delivered on time (with a big smile and hearty congratulations added in for good measure) and were absolutely BEAUTIFUL They looked possibly even better than the pictures on the website! I was concerned that the menta roses were looking dull and not so fresh but the florist immediately explained to me that this breed naturally look antiqu-ish and even sent me some photos of them! I came across Windflower Florist while searching online for a wellness gift.Their website was intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to browse and select the perfect gift. There was an option of express delivery, where you can choose a 1-hour delivery window during operating hours for an additional surcharge. As timing was important to me, I selected the 10:30am-11:30am slot and included a remark requesting, “deliver by 10:30am.”Shortly after I placed my order, the florist gave me a call to explain that while they would do their best, they couldn’t guarantee delivery exactly at 10:30am since the selected time slot was between 10:30am and 11:30am. I really appreciated the proactive communication and told them, “Best effort, if possible please.”To my delight, the gift arrived at 10:31am! It couldn’t have been more perfectly timed, and I was able to present it to my friend just as planned.
