We have a reactive 9 month old pup that is the size of an adult dog and you can only imagine the struggle. Our dog went from escaping his kennel, tearing up the house, pulling with all his strength on a leash, and would react to every moving thing outside to being able to heel, kennel trained, able to be recalled, and less reactive to his surroundings. Natalie did such a great dog with our dog, and we’ve truly seen a difference in his behavior. Even though our lessons have ended, we’re still able to continue on with our training from the homework videos, and from Natalie herself. She truly has helped us handle and react to our dog. There have been times where our dog has gotten out of our grasps or off the leash and have been able to recall him back. Thank you so so so much to Natalie for all her help!!

Natalie with Tamed Canine has been such a gift! Our family got a new puppy and I wanted some help with puppy training. As he is going to be a large dog I wanted to make sure he developed good manners early. Natalie even provided training videos so I can review them as our puppy gets older when I need reminders on training techniques.

I have known Nicky for 5 years and have always admired her approach to pet care and dog handling/training. I'm the type of dog mom that is incredibly picky about who watches my fur babies, but there's zero hesitation when trusting her to take care of my two German Shepherds. She treats her clients' dogs as if they were her own, so when we added a Labrador puppy to our family, we knew just who to go to for training. Our puppy learned basic obedience commands (sit, down, come, stay) as well as being off leash reliable. The off leash training has been well worth the investment, as our puppy had a tendency to chase wildlife or run up to other dogs while on hikes. We are forever grateful for the expertise, patience and training "tools" Nicky has provided us to have a happy balanced life with our young pup. I can't recommend Nicky enough, and we look forward to our dogs staying with her when we go out of town.
