We were going to set up an appt for 9am the next day but the problem got worse and they came out at 10:30 on a Sunday night! I was so thankful that I didn’t have to search for someone to come and wait for hours and I didn’t have to pay some ridiculous fees for it being a weekend. Dalton gave me an ETA and he was here right on the dot. He was able to find the problem and fix it within 30 minutes!! I thought I had a long week ahead of me before he got here.
