We are so totally satisfied with our new garage door and the service from this outstanding company. The communication was exceptional from appointments to the installation. I can’t say enough about Austin and his professionalism. I couldn’t decide on a color and he stood watching me with the samples trying to decide. I kept apologizing and he said take your time, I want you to be happy. It took less than 2 weeks from ordering to the installation. The color was perfect, their cleanup spotless and I was so happy!!!!

I had an issue with worn out rollers with my garage door. Leo from The Garage Door Authority came out, looked at the issue and completed the job in 30-45 mins. My garage also made a lot of noise while opening and closing and LEO did a few adjustments and now my garage open and closed without any noise. Communication was good and Leo's knowledge of the mechanics and parts was top notch. I would recommend The Garage Door Authority for garage repair or installment.

The garage door should be called the Tue Savior door. My mom is 80 and I was here visiting from Tn and heard my mom crying on the phone with a representative and this young man helped her and worked with me to get this done. He drove over an hour to get my mom garage done and he left her happy. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HONEST COMPANY!!! Just good people.

Caleb was the name of the technician. He checked out the functionality of my garage door and explained what needed fixed mainly new rollers and tightening of the springs. He was extremely nice and not pushy at all. I got a quote to do the work and had him do it. I can tell a big difference in the performance of the door and it is much more quiet.
