First class, honest service. I had both garage door openers fail, months apart. I ddn't worry about the first, since it was rarely used, but knew I had to fix both when the second one failed. Another company told me they had to be replaced. For the price quoted, I had no choice but to get other quotes.I contacted TDA, and they sent a technician over the next day. He diagnosed and fixed both - logic board level repair - in about an hour. The cost of the repairs done were 1/3 the cost of replacement (and obviously much less time involved).I would highly recommend this company.

I have 2 garage door openers. One stopped working last year, but I rarely used it, so didn't worry about it. But, when the second one failed (they were the same age), I knew I needed to get them fixed. I spoke with a company I'd done business with before, and their recommendation was to replace both entire door systems. The price was substantial enough that I decided to speak to other service companies. I saw the Facebook ad for The Garage Door Authority, and asked them for service. A technician arrived the next afternoon, and after a bit of diagnostics, told me that he could repair the issues. in a very short time, and for not a lot of money, he had both of the openers working as they should. the cost of these repairs was 1/3 the cost of installing a new pair of openers! I'm very pleased with the service, and the responsiveness to the problem. Highly recommended!!
