When I first started with Jennifer Jaskal, LLC I was interested in ways to organize my calendar. I thought it would be physical pen to paper ideas on how to better manage my time. It was so much more than that!! Jenn tought me to look inward to find my priorities, redefined boundaries, and gently pushed me to discover what I wanted out of a schedule; to be PRESENT! It was a true gift to be present at any task. Jenn was right there guiding me the entire way. Her open and honest approached allowed me to share comfortably and honestly. I'm so grateful for our time together. She has forever changed my mindset for the better.

I found my sessions with Jennifer really helpful. She was present, more than willing to listen and empathetic – which allowed me to be open and honest during our time together. Jennifer was able to help me untangle the many thoughts that were in my head, which allowed me to break them down into little actionable steps that I could take. Once these little steps were articulated, I could do them easily, and these helped me move forward with the projects I had planned. Before we started working together, I felt overwhelmed and disconnected with myself.I was overwhelming myself with all the tasks and it was distracting me from being able to think clearly and to do what I know to do, which is to go within myself and use the tools that I have like visualization and thought processing.I was expecting you to hold space for me, to be compassionate, patient and to help me see what I couldn't see for myself. I was expecting help in my personal and professional life and I feel like I got so much more.I always read book and learn as much as I can from my own work in personal development and it goes really well, I do make improvements, but I have noticed that every time I work with a coach, I usually move forward faster with any goals that I have. With your help, I've been able to pick up the pace from months to only minutes for create change.You're so easy to talk to and you're great at listening. Those qualities are what I look for in any coach that I hire.I am now visualizing every morning how I want my day to go and taking breaks in between my own clients and its created so much space for me to think clearly and recharge. I can experience more often how important it is for me to go at a pace that works for me.My major insights is that I need to create space for myself in my mind on a routine basis because I create mountains out of mole hills and tend to make things seem more challenging than they have to be... I think I do that because that's what society and my history has taught me to do... I'm okay with that, it just doesn't work for me anymore and now I have the awareness to change so I'm so grateful that Jennifer chose to be a huge part of my life.I was surprised that I already knew what to do... I just needed help from Jennifer to slow down enough so that I could see that the solutions have always been there, waiting for me...I will recommend Jennifer, she is compassionate, patient, loving, wants to watch you succeed and one of the most trustworthy and easy going humans out there. You would be lucky if she decided to work with you.
