Of course they did not do what they stated in their offer. Would not return calls or texts. This place is a fraud. Horrible service. That response was for public consumption only; they had no plans on following through. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!‼️Update: I see their response and will report back by Friday on whether or not this has taken place…Will never ever call them again. Terrible, terrible service. Paid for a deep cleaning; nothing was dusted, didn’t sweep, didn’t mop and he had the nerves to call and ask for an extra 80.00 due to time. I don’t pay for time; I paid for a deep cleaning. Sent someone again the next day and she still left without doing the baseboards, blinds, and there were some selective dusting. A scam, a rip-off, RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! I’ve attached some photos; there are plenty more from the so-called cleaning job…Waste of Money….

Everyone at Trustworthy Cleaning is amazing!! Their communication, scheduling, punctuality are all top notch, but most importantly?! The level of cleaning they provide is luxury hotel status! They even have a supervisor check in also. The more eyes on it the better. I have an Airbnb and they have definitely earned my trust! I don't feel the need to check on my rental after they've left. I know my next guests will walk in and feel right at home! THANK YOU for giving me peace of mind and my guests a clean, comfortable stay!

Do not use. They charged $500 including a “deep clean” and left the house dirty. On top of that one of their cleaners stole a watch that I had to have returned. Not trustworthy.

Twice they’ve had an emergency. And rescheduled. It’s the 4th of July. We are having company come Saturday. No answer when I call no call back nothing!!!!!! No explanation no attempt to send another team or anything. Completely unacceptable. I can’t even talk to a real person to get my deposit back.

The team was very professional, flexible, and easy to work with. I didn’t have to worry about anything—they brought all their own supplies and equipment, which made everything so much easier for me.
