Joseph H. took great care of my pool and was always in contact letting me know what was going on, sending pictures, etc. The price for a drain and chlorine wash was pretty typical of what I've paid in the past with other company but the customer service was better.

I needed a pvc pipe repair ASAP before closing on my house. Contacted my regular pool guy and didn't get a response. I called around and could not get a response from anyone. Found Triton Pools online and they were quick to respond. Had someone out the next day to diagnose. Was scheduled for repairs the day after. Ron showed up for both and was very pleasant and professional. I will be recommending this company to the new owners of my house.

Jordan came out and gave us an estimate took a deposit, two days later Sam finished the work and my pool was up and running. Wonderful employees great service, I highly recommend Triton for pool repairs.

This pool company is amazing!!My initial estimate was with Derek who was on time, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable and a joy to converse with about my pool problems (vacuum not moving). He was able to explain what service was recommended and why. That explanation helped me understand the problem. I was very thankful for Derek.The technician that showed up today to actually perform the recommended job was Savion. This young man is definitely one of God's angels on earth. He was polite, and so kind. He took the time to listen to my woes about the pool and never made me feel rushed or that he didn't care. It was obvious he cares. His knowledge of pools and how they work was stellar. That also put my mind at ease. He was patient and kind in every interaction I had with him. Savion went far above and beyond in his duties. I had the pleasure of having Sam from Triton clean my pool filter which was pretty dirty. Sam was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
