This pool company is amazing!!My initial estimate was with Derek who was on time, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable and a joy to converse with about my pool problems (vacuum not moving). He was able to explain what service was recommended and why. That explanation helped me understand the problem. I was very thankful for Derek.The technician that showed up today to actually perform the recommended job was Savion. This young man is definitely one of God's angels on earth. He was polite, and so kind. He took the time to listen to my woes about the pool and never made me feel rushed or that he didn't care. It was obvious he cares. His knowledge of pools and how they work was stellar. That also put my mind at ease. He was patient and kind in every interaction I had with him. Savion went far above and beyond in his duties. I had the pleasure of having Sam from Triton clean my pool filter which was pretty dirty. Sam was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job as usual and also answered all the questions I had clearly. I am very satisfied with Sam and Triton Pools for their service and pricing and would recommend them.

As an owner of a high-end custom paint and body shop in the valley, I am very much a detail oriented person and in my profession there is no other way to be. I have had a few pool companies in my back yard over the past few years to service my pool and they have each individually failed at a proper service. Weather it was the necessary maintenance on the pool filters without me asking. Adding the proper chemicals or cleaning my pool, I was not happy with the quality of the services I received. Let me just tell you all that Tommy has blown me away. I have know Tommy for a long time and had no idea this was his profession. I was in desperate need of having my tiles blasted as due to my previous mention the other pool companies where not DOING there job properly and calcium build up got so bad my pool looked terrible. After having him come out and clean my tiles and talking with him his knowledge in the pool industry had me sold that I absolutely needed to fire my old company and immediately make sure he was the guy to take over. My pool has not looked this good in a long time. 5 years to be exact when I had it built. Amazing job my friend, I will tell everyone who to call! Thank you for being one of the few who take extreme pride in your work. It doesn't go unnoticed!
