The technician who came out, went absolutely above and beyond, and I couldn't be more impressed.Not only did they arrive promptly, but they also faced some truly challenging conditions without a single complaint. Our outdoor unit is tucked away in a small, cramped space, and to make matters worse, they had to navigate some broken steps and a surprising number of spiderwebs in the basement just to get to it. Awesome service! My furnace stopped working at 7pm on Saturday after a few other calls I found Just Some Brothers online, Alex arrived at 8:15 pm. He fixed the problem, tested everything. Cleaned the motor and blower inside. Basically did a full service. He was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I definitely recommend him!!

Informative and very thorough. Inspected and diagnosed faulty heating system. Fixed furnace while also suggesting a part that should be replaced sooner than later. Alex did not try to coerce or force me into purchasing and installing said part.
