My furnace stopped working the day before Thanksgiving. When I called Alexander, he was working in Ithaca for the day but still came to look at the furnace after 4:00 p.m. He was wonderful, explaining everything that he was doing. My furnace is 20 years old and had issues last year so when he said a new unit was necessary, I expected it.
