Our tec, Alexander Heyward, reached out to me right after I had made the service request on a Sunday. He was at my house that morning, quickly figured out the problem, and worked to get the parts ordered. He thought the parts wouldn’t be available until the following Wednesday. To my surprise, he was at my house the next day with the parts and was done in less than an hour.
