The team, always comes in on time. Is always professional and I have never felt like they were telling me to do something that we didn't need. We have had them replace 2 HVAC units but before that happened they always tried to find us away not to have to come out of pocket for that kind of expense. Plus it's the small things that you take note of like, wearing shoe covers, putting down protective paper on the floors and sweeping up afterwards. I highly recommend them without reservation.

I made an appointment with Maintenance Unlimited Cooling & Heating to service my HVAC system. I found them online and chose them because of the positive reviews. I felt very good about the company initially because the woman who took my call was very personable and helpful. On the day of the scheduled appointment, the technician did not show up, and no one called, texted or emailed me about the appointment. I called after they did not show up and left a message. No one called me back or followed up. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Excellent service from installation through maintenance. Sean and his team are courteous, professional, and thoughtful. Several years ago Sean replaced my old system and I am still happy with it, the reduction in my utility bills, and that my upstairs/downstairs room temperatures are finally in synch. Could not be more pleased with their work and service.

I started using Maintenance Unlimited about six years ago when I bought a very old house and they have done work here a number of times. Sean was awesome. They show up on time, usually with very short notice. Their prices are fair. They back up their work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing good service.
