Ryan, Aaron, and team were great to work with. They were professional, pleasant, and competent. They stayed in constant communication with me throughout the home-buying process, and they did a great job walking me through each step. Most importantly, they worked extremely hard to get us to closing day and they did a great job working through complex, last-minute changes. I would highly recommend working with Rate Boss Mortgage for your next home purchase!

Ryan and his team are amazing! I’ve always felt the home buying process was quite daunting, so I would start but never really follow through. Ryan showed me, not only was it possible to have my dream home, but his team encouraged me to keep going when I thought things wouldn’t work out. He also referred me to one of the top realtors in the area Natasha. She is very knowledgeable and got things done very quickly. Her negotiation skills are top tier. I have everything I wanted and more! It was a blessing to find Ryan and his team and I will be referring him to everyone I know! Thanks Ryan !!!☺️

I was originally working with another mortgage company. I sent all my information and documents over to the agent and weeks go by with no response. I called and she did not answer. Long story short, she had never even ran my credit and told me I would be better off waiting 6 months. My real estate agent immediately recommended Ryan and his team at Rate Boss Mortgage. Ryan responded to me right away and I had my approval letter in less than a week. His team works flawlessly together so when my agent was out of the office, his co-worker was able to help me with any questions I had. Aaron Shuck was the absolute best. When things popped up that I didn’t understand from my builder’s sales agent he stepped in and told me he would take care of it so that I could focus on my job. They made the process so simple and painless. I cannot recommend them enough. I am HUGE on customer service and Ryan’s team exceeded my expectations. Just settling in to my new home but when I decide to buy again they will be my first call!
