Great first experience! Brian contacted me right away on a Sunday when our old hot water heater broke. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and communicative.

Brian arrived on time to replace the disposal machine. He checked to make sure there is no leak after replacing the machine. The fee was reasonable.

It was difficult walking into this job after just spending almost $30K for Chilli Willie to rebuild an old boiler when I could get a new one for half the price from Aquion. The second building boiler system had to be replaced and plumbing/wiring reconfigured. Brian was there multiple times as the tenants did not have consistent hot water. He figured out the issues and we are planning for maintenance to make sure this does not happen again. I found him through AI with the help of these reviews and all worked out well. I searched for a small operator with good reviews and reasonable pricing. Thank you.

We had a great experience with Brian installing a new heating and AC system in my father’s condo. From the beginning, Brian was responsive, returned my calls promptly, came out to provide a quote, and offered a very reasonable price. He recommended a heat pump system for the condo, which turned out to be a great choice.Brian did an excellent job handling the entire installation, from removing the old units to getting the new equipment in place — including the challenging work on top of the building. When an unexpected bump in the road came up Brain weathered it wonderfully and truly showed his dedication, which is what really stood out. He even came over on weekends to keep the project moving and make sure everything was completed properly. He was professional, reliable, and clearly took pride in his work.I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone looking for HVAC work, and I would definitely use him again.

Brian from Aquion Mechanical Group provided excellent service today during my annual HVAC maintenance. I have a complex setup—two furnaces, two tankless water heaters and a combo boiler/water heater unit—and Brian handled the job with great care and attention to detail. He is very knowledgeable, took his time inspecting everything, and caught a rusted pipe on one of my furnaces that needed replacement before it turned into a bigger issue. Reliable, professional and honest local service. I highly recommend Brian of Aquion Mechanical Group in Stoneham.
