Cool Tech moved my installation to the earliest available date and provided helpful guidance on operating the old system until replacement.Colin and Jack did an outstanding job with the installation in a very hot day. They were professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The new 3-ton Rheem system has been running smoothly so far.Curtis provided one of the most reasonable quotes I received and patiently explained his recommendations, including why he suggested increasing the system tonnage. Communication through text, email, and their online portal was efficient and convenient. Adrielle was also very responsive and helpful throughout the process.I especially appreciated that the installation team helped register the warranty after the installation. Replacing an AC system during hot weather can be stressful, and Cool Tech made the entire process much easier. I would gladly recommend them to others.
