Cool Tech in East Peoria, and its owner, Curtis Minter, is clearly an A+ company. He gave up part of his weekend to make sure our faulty furnace would once again give us comfort and heat. He was very professional and worked diligently to find the problem. Everything was fine when he left. We had a problem with our Rheem heat pump. Another well known local HVAC company could not figure out the issue. Curtis from Cool Tech arrived on schedule and had the issue resolved in less than an hour! We will be calling Cool Tech from now on. Thanks Curtis! Couldn't have asked for a better qualified or sympathetic company to help me out in a very emergent situation. Diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes that another company couldn't figure out for two weeks during the biggest cold snap here in years. Very up front about costs and schedule.
