One thing I really appreciate is exceptional business practices. I’m very pleased with ZeroMold and the level of customer service they provided. My husband reached out to them after tiny spots of mold were seen on the bathroom ceiling. Mario from ZeroMold showed up and told me that we had to change the bathroom fan and the paint. Then he told me that he could use a spray to take care of the spots. Mario came and did an assessment of mold in our ceiling caused by a leaky roof. He was friendly, thorough and a strong communicator.Roy, the owner, followed up after our assessment. He communicated with our insurance company and me as we moved toward getting the work done.Mario returned to remove the mold with another coworker. Both were friendly and respectful of our property. They worked efficiently and the finished in the expected amount of time.Mario and Roy both communicated how to reenter the room once the treatment was done. Our mold problem was handled well throughout.I hope to never have a mold issue again, but if we do, Zero Mold will be our first call to handle it. They are great to work with.

Chris Burnett is AMAZING and very honest..I would highly recommend this company and him..We thought we had mold, I called zero mold and Chris came out and gave me a price, waaaay cheaper than any other quoted price..He was very honest, very kind as well..Even told me how we could fix it ourselves to save us money, if it wasn't a huge mold problem..Chris was also willing to work with me on price..I did not end up using them, because as it turns out we didn't have a mold problem...It was just mildew around the bathroom vent..I know if I ever do have mold, I definitely will give this place a call and will be using them..

Chris and Mark at ZeroMold were awesome. Super communicative and responsive and very friendly. I called them out for an inspection due to a funky smell in one room. They explained the possible issues and remedies and were very thorough, going above and beyond to check places we hadn’t considered. We didn’t find evidence of mold or moisture in the walls so they laid out a suggested course of action to remedy the smell first and then quoted us on remediation if we want to pursue that. Great experience, would recommend 10/10!
