About six weeks ago, I had a flood in my unit due to a broken sprinkler line from the upstairs unit above me. During the remediation process, I was very concerned about the lack of drywall being taken out and mold growth in my unit. I was given Zack‘s name by a girlfriend who used him in treasure Island after huricanes - he was highly recommend so I called Zach.Not only do d Zach call me back promptly, but scheduled the appointment immediately to assess my current situation.. His knowledge and expertise in the area have been very very helpful in making decisions and how to proceed . Upon receiving the results, Zack took time to discuss every detail and I will be using him again on the follow up. I would give Zach from Zero Mold a 10 if I could and highly recommend Zero Mold and Zach.

Make it easy for yourself and call Chris. As a young family, every mold company we spoke with tried fear-mongering to upsell us. Chris was honest about what we did and did not need. He was in and out in an afternoon and was by far the most reasonably priced by a huge margin. ZeroMold was a godsend and we are so grateful. Most definitely recommend and we will be using their services again in the event of any future mold issues/concerns.

Patrick is a true perfectionist, and his rates are really reasonable. He even fixed a couple of other things at my house, just because he saw they needed to be done. I don’t think my HVAC was ever that clean before!

Chris came out to my house to look at some mold I found while replacing some quarter round outside of my shower. Not only was he friendly and remarkably human to chat with, he was super knowledgeable and treated my issue right away with speed and kindness. He understood the concerns I had, especially with small children around, and eased those with taking his time to explain the issue. I’ve had issues with service providers before where I felt I was being overcharged for services I necessarily didn’t need. Not with Chris at ZeroMold. Can’t recommend this company enough to help ease the headache of finding mold!! Thank you!
