I highly recommend Zero Mold! Our technician, Charles Browner was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, thorough, dependable, and very friendly. Zero Mold made my house a much healthier place and took a lot of worry off my shoulders. Charles went through my entire house to make sure all mold was completely removed safely and sprayed a preventative antimicrobial sealer to keep it from returning. He also found the source of the mold issue and told me how to get it taken care of so it doesn’t happen again. Great company, precise work, and decent pricing. If you have a mold issue, or wonder if you do, contact Zero Mold today for your health and peace of mind!

As a real estate agent, my clients trust and depend on me, especially those who live out of state. Having reliable businesses I can count on means so much, and this company went above and beyond on two separate occasions. They answer the phone, show up exactly when they say they will, and provide a detailed report and invoice explaining the work completed. These days, getting a returned phone call can be a challenge, so that level of communication and professionalism truly stands out.I genuinely appreciate businesses like this. Thank you, Ricardo, for being dependable and taking such great care of my clients!

Zero Mold provided fantastic service. Mario was prompt, super knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all our questions during the initial inspection without making me feel rushed. Working with Roy on the management side was a breeze—he gave us a very fair quote and took care of all the back-and-forth with our insurance company. When it came time for the treatment, Mario and his crew member arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left us with clear instructions on what to do next. Huge thanks to both Roy and Mario for making a stress-free experience out of a stressful situation. We’ll definitely use Zero Mold again if the need ever arises (but I hope it doesn’t!)

Zach was fantastic from beginning to end. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and, most importantly, honest about what he found and what actually needed to be done. He took the time to explain the source of the humidity issue, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary work.He also went above and beyond to work with us on the scope and pricing so we could do the complete treatment for extra peace of mind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone this professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. I would absolutely recommend Zach and ZeroMold. Thank you!

One thing I really appreciate is exceptional business practices. I’m very pleased with ZeroMold and the level of customer service they provided. My husband reached out to them after tiny spots of mold were seen on the bathroom ceiling. Mario from ZeroMold showed up and told me that we had to change the bathroom fan and the paint. Then he told me that he could use a spray to take care of the spots. The appointment took less than 30 minutes.Roy from ZeroMold helped us out with the invoice and I will recommend them to friends and family.

Mario came and did an assessment of mold in our ceiling caused by a leaky roof. He was friendly, thorough and a strong communicator.Roy, the owner, followed up after our assessment. He communicated with our insurance company and me as we moved toward getting the work done.Mario returned to remove the mold with another coworker. Both were friendly and respectful of our property. They worked efficiently and the finished in the expected amount of time.Mario and Roy both communicated how to reenter the room once the treatment was done. Our mold problem was handled well throughout.I hope to never have a mold issue again, but if we do, Zero Mold will be our first call to handle it. They are great to work with.
