Chris and Mark at ZeroMold were awesome. Super communicative and responsive and very friendly. I called them out for an inspection due to a funky smell in one room. They explained the possible issues and remedies and were very thorough, going above and beyond to check places we hadn’t considered. We didn’t find evidence of mold or moisture in the walls so they laid out a suggested course of action to remedy the smell first and then quoted us on remediation if we want to pursue that. Great experience, would recommend 10/10!

About six weeks ago, I had a flood in my unit due to a broken sprinkler line from the upstairs unit above me. During the remediation process, I was very concerned about the lack of drywall being taken out and mold growth in my unit. I was given Zack‘s name by a girlfriend who used him in treasure Island after huricanes - he was highly recommend so I called Zach.Not only do d Zach call me back promptly, but scheduled the appointment immediately to assess my current situation.. His knowledge and expertise in the area have been very very helpful in making decisions and how to proceed . Upon receiving the results, Zack took time to discuss every detail and I will be using him again on the follow up. Chris came out to my house to look at some mold I found while replacing some quarter round outside of my shower. Not only was he friendly and remarkably human to chat with, he was super knowledgeable and treated my issue right away with speed and kindness. He understood the concerns I had, especially with small children around, and eased those with taking his time to explain the issue. I’ve had issues with service providers before where I felt I was being overcharged for services I necessarily didn’t need. Not with Chris at ZeroMold.
