We had such a wonderful experience at Nine3One.The office has fast WiFi, charging ports at every table, stocked kitchen with coffee and its two hours from Yosemite.Malia was super nice and showed us all the amenities and checked in with us for any of our question or needs. We will definitely be back here.

I've been a guest at Nine3One making use of day passes for several years now and find the offices to be very clean, the staff hospitable and friendly, with excellent amenities including Wi-Fi and a shared fridge. There is plenty of space to work either at a table in the common area or downstairs at a table in the breezeway. The office is conveniently located downtown within walking distance to local offices, restaurants, and a Starbucks next door.I would highly recommend this for anyone needing a full time workspace or a temporary one as I do.

Loved the place. It was super convenient. I was on my way to Yosemite and needed to work for part of the day before I head to the park. Using this space let me beat the traffic leaving the Bay Area on a Friday afternoon. There's also lot of cheap parking behind the venue.Malia, the office manager was super helpful. This was my first time using a co-working space. She answered all my questions before and during my use of the space, very patiently. Thank you!

This review is long over-due! Working remote, I’ve come across a lot of shared workspaces across the globe and this is by far one of my favorites to land at when I’m in the area. Comfort, convenience, professionalism, the energy, the amenities….all above par!Their facility is always clean, upkept, and always stocked with little snacks, drinks and probably the best fruit-infused water I’ve ever had. Not sure what it is about that water but it’s a must have when you go. They have a bunch of office spaces, different office settings, bench desks and have a quite booth for those private work calls if needed. The office spaces vary in size and some include docking stations and monitors while others are the perfect set up for those who work fine with just a laptop.Having a nice location/setting is one thing. But the personal interactions and support provided by the team there is what really brings the people back! There is something about this team of people that radiate this contagious, good energy. Their team dynamics and how they operate make the guest experience very seamless and so convenient. Malia and Angela are two of the team members there that really standout as they’re always going above and beyond to help with any questions or support needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area!

I love coming here to work when I need a quiet and comfortable environment to be productive. Malia always greets me with a warm smile and the entire staff is incredibly accommodating and kind. It's never busy, so there's always a place to sit, the kitchen is fully stocked with delicious snacks and drinks, and sometimes there's even wine, beer, and food prepared by a chef for everyone to enjoy. If you're a remote worker and looking for a coworking space in Modesto, Nine3One is the best option.

I had such a great experience using nine3one as an office space for the day. Malia helped me when I arrived, gave me a tour of the different office spaces, and was incredibly professional, approachable, and helpful. The space itself is amazing. They have strong WiFi, printer access, common area workspaces, private office options, and larger meeting spaces depending on what you need. The common kitchen area was also a great bonus, with plenty of drinks and snacks available, which I believe are included with the day pass.I’m really glad I found this place when I needed a quiet, professional, and comfortable place to work for the day. I would definitely recommend nine3one to anyone needing office space in Modesto.

I worked out of Nine 3 One for the last year or so. They are the absolute best. The regulars all feel like family and the place feels like home. Malia their community manager make the most AMAZING fruit infused water! All of the staff is helpful and accomodating. I loved getting out of the house to work there. 10 out of 10 reccomend getting a private office if one is available!

I’ve had an amazing experience at this shared workspace. From the moment you walk in, the environment is welcoming, clean, and designed to help you stay focused and productive. The amenities are top-notch, and there’s a great balance between quiet work areas and collaborative spaces. What really sets this place apart is the management—especially Malia. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. Whether it’s quickly handling requests, keeping everything running smoothly, or just creating a positive atmosphere, her attention to detail does not go unnoticed. If you’re looking for a workspace that combines professionalism, comfort, and great service, this is definitely the place. Highly recommend!

I had to work remote in Modesto and this place was the perfect place. The office is clean, furnitures are nice, bathrooms are clean, unlimited coffee and snack are great, internet is fast, and Malia even upgraded me to a private office room. She was super accommodating. And just for $25 for a whole day, I definitely recommend it. Way better than just trying to work at a coffee shop
