We needed a last minute, small storage solution for several months, so we filled out the form at CB Self Storage. Hayley called me within 30 minutes, quickly understood our needs and recommended a solution. The next day we dropped off our things: she helped us quickly figure out how the facility works (entry code, elevator, finding our unit, etc.) and then we were all set! It was incredibly simple and efficient!The storage facility in Bar Hill is modern, new, and very well kept / clean and secure. It has a cargo elevator to upper floors with handy dollies/trolleys to use for heavier items. We felt very safe unloading our vehicle and storing things in our unit.This is a great facility run by a great team — thank you so much Hayley and the team at CB Self Storage!

I can honestly say that dealing with CB Storage was like a breath of fresh air. After a quick Internet Search, it was clear that it fitted the bill in terms of location and storage rates.I made an enquiry and was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response and the willingness to allow a tour. I was impressed by the facility and the depth of detail provided with regard to access, using the unit and in particular the large walking staircase.Once I had made the initial contact, I asked for a bit of time as I wasn’t quite ready to move items in. As promised a follow up call was received and a suitable unit for my needs was offered.I can now say that the whole experience has been simply perfect including the small details such as the provision of a robust combination lock.CB Storage is highly recommended and their service to the customer is simply amazing.

Very pleased with the service. I rented a large storage unit for about 1.5 years. Everything went smoothly, appreciated the moving service to and from the storage. Also, liked that the unit was always kept at a reasonable temperature and humidity, so my things came out of storage as I left them.

We stored our personal belongings at CB storage in Bar Hill for 2 years using plastic and cardboard boxes. We also had a few instruments in our storage unit. The storage unit as well as the whole warehouse is dry, well ventilated and at a good room temperature. When we removed our belongings they were all in perfect shape and form - as if we packed them up the day before.The whole time we felt that our belongings were safe as only staff and other people storing things had access to the warehouse. The warehouse was always tidy. Charlie and his team also provided sack barrows and larger trolleys to transport one's belongings from the car / trailer to the storage unit which were incredibly helpful.Every interaction between the CB Storage team and ourselves was very friendly and professional. We happily recommend CB Storage to anyone in need of some extra storage space - no matter if it is for a month, a year or long-term.

8 years ago, Charlie was very helpful and got me the best deal for my stuff. He goes over all the security measures and explains the out of hours access procedures thoroughly.I will definitely be recommending to any friends or colleagues that find they need this service.March-September 2025: moved into 50sqft store. Accommodates all we had, very excellent, clean facilities, being inside means no worries about damp. We were on second floor and the trolleys that are available and the lift make moving stuff easy. This was the second time of using and that is because their pricing and service is spot on.

This is a brilliant facility, run by fantastic people. It is secure, clean and very accessible, and dealing with Charlie and Hayley is a complete pleasure. They are responsive, helpful, flexible and kind. They provide clear information and good advice. Everything is well explained and bureaucracy is minimised while still being sufficient. Signing up and ending the contract are super easy. I am very grateful for their unstinting help and recommend them wholeheartedly. What a terrific business!
