About a year ago I injured my back and developed sciatica in one leg. I really couldn’t exercise much. I gained weight, was out of shape and still in pain.I knew i needed to get back in shape and thought it might help me recover, but I was concerned about aggravating my injuries. On a friend’s referral, I met with Mike and C.J. to discuss the appropriateness of their program.After an initial evaluation of my existing physical condition as well as my goals, C.J. customized a training program for me.I’m averaging 3 days a week working out with C.J. at the gym. After only about a month, I am already noticing improvements. I’m definitely feeling stronger all over and the sciatica pain feels more in check. As an added bonus, C.J. sends me ongoing progress reports and tracks my improvements, so keeping my motivation strong.Mike and C.J. are true professionals who know how to work with all types of clients. I know i made the right decision and would recommend to anyone who wants to improve their health and self esteem. Plus it’s fun and I run into a lot of friends here.
