I am an active 78 year old tennis player (4x per week) who has always hated gyms and exercises. Any time I’ve previously tried a gym or training class I’ve quit after one or two times. Until low country elite perfomance, that is! I’ve been a member for more than two months - haven’t missed a session (except when traveling). I still hate doing the exercises, lunges, plancks, machines but the extremely competent and caring encouragement I receive from my trainers Liz and John has actually allowed me to succeed so far. My goals include building up some core muscle strength, flexibility and endurance as well as losing a bunch of weight. The fact that I’ve been there almost three months so far (9 more scheduled) with these two amazing trainers should insure my success. Perhaps by the time I’m finished I might actually enjoy the workouts (probably not!)I can’t say enough about how great Liz and John have been during my workouts.
