I've never come across a building company like this in Australia - the only ones that come close at the top tier firms I've worked with in Europe. We have just passed the PSA Pre-Construction Process phase with Claridge and could not be happier with their work so far! The team is highly knowledgeable technically and they have high understanding of the local government processes to get approvals for our build. They know exactly what information they need and who they need it from, and have always kept us in the loop with very frequent updates on how our project is going.Extra special shoutout to Holly, who's attention to detail is outstanding. Our experience with Claridge Construction so far has been exceptional. The team has been very attentive to our needs and ideas, they provided thoughtful ideas for us to consider, showing their professionalism and expertise.Our block of land is very sloping and the team was able to come up with a design that honours the slope with minimal impact on the land. We met with the team several times and were given a design & concept that allowed us to understand the best/dream case scenario, and adjust to suit our budget.We really appreciated their thorough approach in this inital phase which allowed for full transparency very early on in the process giving us confidence to progress to construction knowing it will be buildable within our budget.Every step of the way has been paired with optimal communication! We are deep in pre-construction phase now, and the team continues to keep us updated regularly with what is going on behind the scenes -- we are looking forward to construction commencing in the coming months!
