I have to drive quite a bit to get to her location in South Edmonton but I wouldn’t let anyone else but her treat my skin. 10/10 recommend Maria at Beauty Connect Pro. I decided to give this place a try to treat my hyperpigmentation and other skin concerns, and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. I spent over $1,200 on Aerolase and algae peel treatments and saw little to no improvement. After the first session, my skin had a slight glow, but my actual concerns didn’t change at all.When I expressed my frustration, they recommended a peel. Again — minimal difference. I understand results take time, but after several sessions, there should’ve been something noticeable. Either they were using extremely low settings on the Aerolase to keep clients coming back (a classic money grab), or their treatments just don’t work.To make matters worse, the last treatment actually left me with a new hyperpigmentation mark. I reached out multiple times by email and message, and they completely ignored me for months — incredibly unprofessional.I eventually went to another place, and within two treatments, my skin improved dramatically — and it cost way less. That alone says everything.I wish I had never wasted my time or money here. Poor results, poor communication, and poor professionalism.
