I was quoted a 9:55 AM arrival time, and he pulled up in front of my home at 9:55 AM on the dot. He was very pleasant, and we even made some small talk about our pets and how much we love them.He was done cleaning in less than an hour, and my living room carpet has not been this clean in maybe a decade.
