I couldn't be any happier with Aladdins carpet. I inquired layout getting my carpets cleaned on a Friday night, and they got back to me right away. A few days later, I got an appointment, and they arrived on time. There communication was absolutely awesome. They text and emailed me with there ETA. The employees who showed up were very polite and explained everything they were going to do . What I also liked about aladdin Carpet was that they explained pricing before they did anything. Great experience! I got scammed on a GROSS couch on marketplace , once I got it home realized I couldn’t even put it in the house due to the smell. LOTS of dog pee after being told it was from a pet free home. These guys did not disappoint! The couch looks and smells like new!!! I recently used Aladdin’s for my living room couch and couldn’t be happier with the cleaning. Between three dogs and three kids it gets beat up easily and it looks and smells great after the cleaning. The technician took his time to get all the stains and water marks out and it looks good as new. We will definitely be using Aladdin’s again! Less
