Had Master Demolition remove 500 sp ft of concrete and a small wood deck. I was amazed at how fast and efficient the crew worked. By lunch time the deck was deconstructed and all the concrete was broken up. By 4 pm they had loaded up all of the concrete/decking, swept and rinsed down all areas including the street where their equipment was parked. I was impressed with the care and effort to avoid damage to remaining concrete and soft scape.With any project, communication between owner and contractor is key. Felipe, the owner, looked at our project, provided a verbal estimate before leaving, and followed up with a concise written estimate with a price that was more than fair.Felipe was always available to answer questions and got us scheduled fast! Master Demolition was easy to deal with and their work was next level! If you need demo get multiple bids but do yourself a favor and make sure Master Demolition is one of them!

Our HOA has used Filipe and his company several times for the draining, cleaning and power washing of our lakes and streams within our 166 unit condominium community. They offer legitimate professionalism in their services and have always performed above expectations in all regards, especially when this don’t always as planned.
