The team at Opal went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did Roz keep me up to date on timelines and expedited my project, but they even saved me thousands of dollars by manually digging down 1.6metres to find the main sewer line instead waiting another week and bringing in a digger. irresponsible, their mistake caused us to cancel the whole construction contract and faced a whole lot of troubles with council. asked them to fix, they complained it costs them so much to fix their own mistakes. ridiculous. reply to Luke: "I am aware of the details of your project and that we also offered to cover costs of the rectification of the issue prior to accepting your requst for a refund." --> after i said i would take legal action. Let me make it clear, that after 12 months, I was the only one that pointed out that mistake of yours. and what makes you think paying us our money back because you did NOT even do your job is unfair for you? I gave you a chance to fix it up and you still managed to stuff it up for me. did you really think the refund is enough to cover what we had to go through because of your mistakes and your negligence? Our project was not complicated, it was because of YOUR mistake it became complicated. You inspected somebody else's stormwater easement but claimed it was our stormwater easement. We submitted to Council and got troubles for the pipe's condition. Eventually we had to cancel the construction contract, spend months arguing with Council to finally realise it was NOT even our easement to begin with. What a joke. Less

They drew up the water easement pipes incorrectly and wanted to charge me extra for them to amend the plans even though I was out of pocket already having to pay the engineers extra to redo the plans because of their mistake! They're also extremely slow and very expensive. DO NOT USE THEM! Less
