Kim and her team are absolutely amazing!I'll start at the beginning and tell you a story.My girlfriend and I had found our dream home, "our first home." However, we didn't have a pre-approval at this point.We contacted a good friend, whom became our realtor and my bank to get the process started.This is where everything begins.I've been with my bank for 18 years. I respect them. Our agent from the bank said he could get us a pre-approval within 24hrs, however, it ultimately it took 8 business days.At this point, our realtor recommend Kim and her team.She promised to have a pre-approval within 24 hours also... well, she exceeded that and did it within 4 hours!!My first conversation with kim. I told her I expect her to work as hard as my girlfriend and I are.. truth be told, she worked night and day which was far more than we ever expected, even while she was on vacation.To end the story, we closed on the sale! We highly recommend Kim and her team. She comes with the knowledge to make your home buying process easy and less stressful, especially for first time buyers.Thank you kim and Libby for such an amazing job!
