I absolutely love kickboxing with Paul and the lady’s in Daventry. I’ve never felt stronger since I started going twice a week. I never think twice about going and never even try to find excuses for not attending. Which I can tell you is not the case when it comes to going for a run! It’s fast, fun and the time fly’s by.

Super happy I joined G force. 6 months in, I still enjoy going to classes every week. Paul is a really good instructor and during classes there is always a good atmosphere and everyone motivates each other. I feel that I am much fitter than when I started. It’s a great way of getting exercise in if you don’t like going to the gym.
