I had the best experience with Kaitlyn! She was very patient with me, I probably changed my mind and talked in circles for days before settling on the design for my ring. She didn’t rush me, we went over pros and cons til I felt certain with my choice. She kept me updated on each step and I received it quicker than I was expecting. I LOVE my new ring!
